A few facts about Qi Gong: It’s an ancient Chinese technique that works with your body’s energy, or ‘”Qi”(pronounced chee). Chinese medicine says: 1) When your “Qi energy isn’t flowing freely, you can get sick, stressed or emotionally out of kilter. Health problems, aches and pains, and unhelpful emotional conditions are indicators of blocked energy or energy out of balance. And because they can be changed through Qi Gong there is really little to fear. 2) 2) Qi Gong is a way to gently and thoroughly release energy blocks and restore balance, eliminating the causes of illnesses and niggling conditions and the imbalances which created them in the first place.
